At first I thought that I was going to have to return the bracelet because I didn't know how I was going to get if on/off without assistance. I contacted customer service and they sent me a return label without hassle. After trying it a few times, even with my bad thumb I was able to hold the bracelet ends with my thumb on the hand that the bracelet was on and pull them through the clasp with my other hand and it does get easier with use. Anyways, the app is awesome and the images are incredible. Love it!
