2. What is inside the pendants that make them come to life?

There are no wires inside the pendants, they do not require batteries and you do not need to charge them. The app recognizes the bracelet by using the phone in your camera. 

3. What is your return policy? 

We want everyone to be happy with their purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied within 30 days of receiving your item we will issue you a full refund.
