If you are an Android user and are being served the Gem Joy app from 2018 this is a mistake and a bug from Google Play.

We have a fix! Click here to download the new version:

This is happening mostly to Samsung Galaxy phones. Particularly the s9. But is also happening to some phones that were released more than 6 years ago.

It will be resolved in the next 5 business days. If you would like to be notified when this update will happen please fill out the contact form with subject line "Phone Make and Model - App Update". We will let you know when the update happens.
