3. Scan The Glass Gem with your phone
Troubleshooting
There are three reasons why your glass gem might not be working:
1. You are not in a well lit space. If you are in a dark room turn the light on in the app.
2. Make sure there is no glare on the gem. This will obstruct the camera from recognizing it.
3. The gems are water resistant but not water proof. If you wear it in water it will no longer work.
